| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments. Prices are in UK Pounds £'s, However, if you are shopping from Europe, North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Although you card provider will alocate the payment to us, we do not take payment for goods until the order is processed. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. You can also make a payment via PayPal, We reserve the right to charge upto 3% of the order value as a surcharge for this facility. We can not accept payment by PayPal when claiming any special offer discounts or redeeming coupons. Please note that there is a minimum order value of £6.00 prior to P&P. This is to ensure that the payment transaction charges are covered. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us (preferably by email) and we will endeavour to correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. | Shipping And Handling All items are delivered by either The Royal Mail or Parcel Force in accordance with the selected carriage chosen in checkout. All items are sent out signed for. Unless specifically requested otherwise by the customer, we will always obtain proof of postage and cusomer accepts liability for any items lost in the post if not sent on a signed for. We reserve the right to use alternative delivery companies as required to provide the best possible service to our customers. | Delivery Schedule Despatch periods are identified on each item, "Despatch within 24 hours" - The item is in stock at our stores and will be despatched by the chosen method within 24 hours (If order is placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday it will be handled as if placed on the following working day). "Available to order, despatch 5 - 7 days" - Although we have no stock of this item, it is in stock at one of our suppliers and may be ordered in as a special item. Delivery to us is usually 5 - 7 working days, We generally place stock orders on a Friday for delivery to us the following Monday, we will despatch withing 24 hours of recieving the delivery by your chosen service. "Sorry, we are currently out of stock of this item. Our stock is constantly updated, please check back in a few days" - The item is out of stock both with us and our suppliers but is expected to come back into stock at some time in the future. We are unable to accept orders on these items, but if you email us we will notify you when it becomes available again. You must inform us promptly if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
